Halo-Halo Express: Lir Dela Cruz is an AB-Mass Communication student of Ateneo de Davao University. He is an Indie Film Script Writer and Director. He is a recipient of the "Bamboo Camera Award" for his short film "TUNDONG" given by the Father of Philippine Indie films, Kidlat Tahimik in the University in the Philippines Diliman last 2009. He is also a Social Democrat and part of First World Philippines Initiative.
